The department of English language at the college of education for women held a virtual scientific seminar entitled (Diversity and Challenges in English Language Studies) via Google Meet service with the aim to focus on the most common challenges facing Iraqi learners in linguistic studies, including translation and teaching methods and to highlight the importance of exploring mechanisms through which the dynamics of these diversities in English language mastery can be understood.
The working papers presented at this seminar were reviewed in terms of scientific material and presentation in a smooth scientific manner that enriched the distinctive interaction of the postgraduate students who have participated in this event. One of the most important recommendations of the seminar is to emphasize understanding the challenges facing students and scholars in Iraqi universities for the sake of promoting their skills in linguistic research.
