University of Baghdad e-training platform

_
  • An online platform dedicated to the University of Baghdad allows for the launch of online courses in various subjects and supports multimedia content (images, videos, presentations) in addition to text.
  • The platform offers several types of courses, most notably open courses (without a timetable) and courses with a set schedule. Participants who successfully complete a course receive a certificate of participation and completion.
  • The platform is designed for official university accounts and thus allows for the creation of reports on affiliated individuals participating in each course.

Electronic Forms Management System

_

The system aims to enable the university to create and manage electronic forms centrally and organizes the process of launching and responding to forms by university members, and their approval or verification by formations at different levels.

The system features user-friendly interfaces for creating forms, specifying the groups covered by the form, generating reports, and producing data from one or more forms. Users can log in to the system via their university account, which includes a personal profile with their basic information. The system also includes email notifications to alert users to new forms being released, remind them of unanswered forms, or notify them of changes in form status (approval or non-approval). Users can access completed forms and edit their answers if the form allows. Furthermore, the system allows for defining a workflow for each form, including setting multiple levels for approval and/or auditing (department, college, university administration, etc.), and enables users to track the status of their forms.
