Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad has recently presided over the fourth session of the university council to discuss many topics of interest which would improve the scientific and research reality of our educational institution.
Dr. Munir Al-Saadi called on the deans to exert optimal efforts for the sake of completing the study schedules and assigning positions to submit them to the ministry of higher education electronically, in addition to establishing committees and subcommittees for the practical disciplines, provided that the presence of students should be two days a week. The members also discussed the resolutions they reached at that determine the mechanism of scientific and research cooperation between the college of engineering and the ministry of oil.
