A meeting was held at the college of pharmacy under the chairmanship of His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul Sahib and the Director General of the Department of Studies and Planning Dr. Ihab Naji Abbas with the dean of the college and chairman of the committee of deans of the faculties of pharmacy in Iraq Prof. Dr. Sarmad Hashim Al-Khatib and a number of deans of the colleges of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy from various Iraqi universities.
The participants discussed the admission plan for graduate studies for the next academic year (2020-2021) and the conditions for accommodating the large numbers of students this year, also the evaluative plans for the scientific and educational sides, including the integrated education, curricula and examinations as well as relevant proposals that may help to improve the educational process in the country. For his part, Dr. Nabil Kazem asserted his full and unlimited support to the medical faculties and his keenness to develop their reality so as to provide the community with competent staff.
