The University of Baghdad was ranked in the 23 position in the QS Arab Region University Rankings 2021 and for the fifth consecutive year out of 160 universities within the Arab world with the participation of (22) Iraqi universities as well as the entry of (32) new ones in its latest release.
The ranking is based on criteria of scientific research and reference citations of published research in international repositories as well as the university’s academic reputation & international perspective.
