Amira Jalil Ahmed, a PhD student at the department of architecture engineering has participated in the proceedings of the first international conference of engineering and technology at Assiut University, Egypt via a joint research with her supervisor Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Nehme. The research paper focused on “The impact of the physical components of the urban university environment on the characteristics of social behavior”.

It is noteworthy that more than 86 papers were presented in this this conference that will be published in the Journal of Engineering Research (JER) & (IOP) Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering where this event witnessed the participation of a group of researchers from the universities of Mustansiriyah and Qadisiyah as well as scientists from around the world to discuss articles in the fields of civil, mechanical, chemical, materials, roads and transportation, electrical, petroleum, environmental and biomedical engineering.
