Dr. Nihad Neima Majeed, a lecturer from the department of history has participated in an international workshop organized by the Iraqi Scientific Society of Manuscripts under the slogan (the repercussions of epidemics in human societies throughout history: Coved-19 as a model) with a research paper on “the effect of medical herbs in strengthening immunity to face Coronavirus” via FreeConferenceCalh website.
The workshop aimed to highlight the historical presentation of human treatments for such cases throughout history from the legal, political, economic and legal aspects as well as to discuss these implications in human societies to provide a real vision of ways to address them through scientific and cognitive cooperation of researchers from various institutions. Dr. Nihad Neima addressed the importance of medicinal herbs on the human body in general and on immunity system in particular and provided several recipes for how to use them.
