Fawzia Musa Ghanim, a lecturer from the college of Islamic sciences has participated recently in the proceedings of the national educational conference sponsored by the University of Arizona, USA where she attended two creative writing workshops held by the Piper Writers studio for creative writing.

The first workshop dealt with the transformation image in poetry presented by Kathy Lin during which the participants discussed the mechanism of this technique in various poetic texts and its impact on the reader.

The second workshop was presented by Shiron Betsu who called the participants to discover what connects us as human beings so as to write literary works that mimic the current time in an expressive way. It is noteworthy that the Piper Writers Studio is committed to supporting writers in every stage of their development by providing challenging, diverse, and accessible educational online classes that are not-for-credit and are intended for the public.
