The department of Islamic civilization at the University of Baghdad won the 1st place in a handicraft exhibition held recently for distinguished students at Al-Talea Theater in Baghdad. It is worth mentioning that this department has established a workshop for works of art with the supervision of Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Saeed Al-Ani and the craft trainer Asmaa Abd Ahmed with the aim to attract creative students and to develop their talents in any of type of work where useful and decorative objects are made completely by hand or by using only simple tools at home during the pandemic.
