Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad received recently the Croatian ambassador to Iraq Mr. Ivan Juric. The two sides discussed the possibility of academic agreements with the Croatian universities as well as signing of a memorandum of understanding with the University of Zagreb.
At the conclusion of this meeting, Dr. Munir Hamid presented the university shield to the ambassador who expressed his thanks and appreciation as well as his country’s full readiness to open up horizons of mutual scientific cooperation between Iraq and Croatia.
