Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Fouad, the director of the department of dewan affairs at the presidency of University of Baghdad has received recently the highest citation rate counted (580) citations in chemical engineering discipline. According to Google Scholar data, Dr. Fouad received the highest percentage of citations in nanotechnology after having published more than 20 papers in Scopus and Clarivate with (H-Index=15).
It is noteworthy that Dr. Sarmad Fouad is a professor at the department of chemical engineering and an international arbitrator accredited to more than 30 international journals according to Publons Academy, also he has published 133 papers in various international academic journals.
