His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazim Abdul Sahib sent a letter to the faculty members of all government and private universities in which he urged all researchers and professors to publish their research in global journals despite the challenges facing our country in this critical situation.
He also asked the teaching faculty to launch a scientific revolution towards the state’s industrial, agricultural, economic, development and service institutions to enhance the infrastructure of the public and the private sectors in Iraq, so as to complement our achievements so far and to integrate knowledge that would enable the Iraqi institutions and companies to adopt practically.
