The college of administration and economics at the University of Baghdad held a meeting with representatives of King Abdullah II Center for Excellence (KACE) in Jordan to discuss the possibility of initiating a joint cooperation agreement on the evaluation of institutional performance based on the standards identified by the European Center for Discrimination (EFQM 2015).

The two sides addressed several topics such as training, advisory matters and mutual visits to prepare experts in the field of institutional evaluation towards global discrimination. It is noteworthy that the advisory office at the center recommended a comprehensive plan of 2019 to grant a certificate of international evaluation expert in State ministries for those concerned in line with the government program of His Excellency the Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Adel Abdul Mahdi.
