The English department at the college of education for women held its 1st annual student cultural festival with the aim to increase the awareness of students towards the importance of extracurricular activities in promoting their cultural identity and how to engage in public events as well as developing the use of English both in drama and poetry.
This festival witnessed different presentations including short theatrical narrative scenes, delivering poems and selected proverbs, singing Arabic and English songs as well as playing classical melodies and plays.
