Al-Khawarizmi college of engineering at the University of Baghdad held the 1st international conference and the 4th local conference on information and communications technology (ACM) in collaboration with Dijlah College and Al Rafidain University College under the title (Information and communication technology: problems and challenges).
Dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Alaa Karim Mohammed during his speech praised the efforts and cooperation made to convene this conference with private colleges for the first time and the sponsorship of the ministry of higher education and scientific research and the Rector of the University Baghdad and the Communications and Information Authority.
The conference included lectures, seminars and various scientific researches presented by various Iraqi and international universities supervised by the Chairman of the special program of the conference, Dr. Faisal Abdul Amir and the affiliated team of the department of communications and information engineering and the directors of divisional and administrative units.
