Dr. Rana Abdul Majeed Alwan, a professor from the Student Activities Division at the college of education for pure sciences (Ibn Al-Haytham) has participated recently in the proceedings of the first Arab Women’s Sport conference in Egypt with a research paper entitled (The impact of a proposed educational program using closed chat rooms for social media sites in the development of mathematical knowledge and retention in basketball for the students of the secondary school).
The researcher aimed to use the WhatsApp for this quest along with one-set experimental curriculum with two pre-and post-test methods in addition to the retention test and recommended the need to train professors and students on the use of e-learning platforms to speed up the educational process.
