Four students from the department of petroleum engineering at University of Baghdad accompanied by head of the department, Dr. Faleh al-Mahdawi participated in a program for young adventurers funded by British Petroleum International Oil Company held in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. It is noteworthy that this program is one of the leading and development initiatives aimed at refining the skills of young people in the Arabian Gulf region and supervised by a group of adventurers who have participated previously in this program. Al-Mahdawi stated that this participation is considered as a great experience that helps students to enhance confidence in their skills and encourage them to work collectively as a team. The sponsors also organized a recreational tour for students in Dubai and awarded them with certificates and medals.
