Postgraduate institute for accounting and financial studies at University of Baghdad hosted His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research Prof. Dr. Qusai al-Suhail who was received by the dean of the institute Assist. Prof. Dr. Salem Awad Hadi during his inspection tour among university formations. Dr. Qusai al-Suhail was briefed on the reality of the workflow at the institute where he stressed the importance of developing the professional aspects of postgraduate studies in Iraq.
