College of nursing at University of Baghdad held its 20th annual scientific conference under the slogan (Role of nursing in healthy behaviors in community) in the presence of the Rector of University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool and representatives of nursing at the ministry of health and various Iraqi universities. The conference addressed matters related to the objectives of the college of nursing in improving the reality of its services, as well as developing college curriculum and behaviors in health institutions and society. Dean of the college Prof. Dr. Iqbal Ghanem, praised during her speech the role of the college in holding such conferences that enrich the nursing profession in Iraq with many theoretical and applied research in order to increase the expertise of its professors. It is noteworthy that Rector of University of Baghdad has inaugurated a new laboratory for nursing basics in coincidence with this event.
