Al-Khawarizmi college of engineering at University of Baghdad participated in the first international engineering education conference under the slogan (Engineering as a source of innovation and development) sponsored by Al-Mustaqbal University College in cooperation with the department of the chemical engineering, University of Technology. The conference addressed matters related to E-training for university students as well as the impact of engineering education on economic development and work ethics in Iraqi society, how to develop the teaching staff to inhance the quality of education in addition to evaluation of graduation projects. The participants stressed on means of developing communication and exchange of knowledge between engineering colleges and the labour market.
