The Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled Mechanisms of Researcher Work in Research Centers in Light of Researcher Work Structure No. 148 of 2002, presented by Professor Dr. Mufid Kassid Yasser Al-Zaidi.
The workshop aimed to introduce the organizational and administrative foundations that govern the work of researchers in research centers, and to clarify the mechanisms for executing scientific tasks in accordance with official instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also highlighted the importance of developing the research work environment in line with quality standards and institutional accreditation.
The workshop addressed the challenges faced by researchers and explored ways to enhance coordination among various research units, contributing to improved performance and the achievement of strategic goals within academic institutions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants presented a number of recommendations emphasizing the need to unify research work mechanisms and strengthen integration among research centers at the University of Baghdad, in support of the university’s efforts to reinforce scientific research and enhance academic performance.
This activity is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4, which advocates for quality education.
