• Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the College of Management and Economics, University of Baghdad in 2001.
• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Applied Statistics from the College of Management and Economics, University of Baghdad in 2008.

• Assistant President for Academic Affairs at the University of Baghdad since January 9th, 2024, until present.
• Chairperson of the Deans Committee of Colleges of Management and Economics in Iraq for more than three years.
• Dean of the College of Management and Economics, University of Baghdad, from November 10th, 2019, to August 13th, 2023.
• Regional Cultural Advisor at the Cultural Department in Beirut since March 28th, 2018, until October 10th, 2019.
• General Director of the Department of Studies, Planning, and Monitoring at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research since September 24th , 2012, until February 20th , 2018.
• Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department at the Presidency of the University of Baghdad since July 20th, 2011, until September 23rd, 2012.
