Producing prebiotic and synbiotic locally and comparing their influence on the performance of productive and reproductive of egged- hens to lessen the negative impacts of fungus poisons and improving the characteristics of sperm for white male leghorn

The previous results achieved by the use of (Probiotic) and is represented by improving the productive performance of laying hens , origins of meat and chicken meat as well as reducing  the negative effects of fungus toxins and improving  the qualities of the semen of roosters and the changes that happen in the fabric of the gastrointestinal tract and flora intestinal that  encouraged thinking of the production of other new macrobiotic cosmetics like (Prebiotic) and (Synbiotic) locally to support the productive qualities and qualities  of fertility and hatching for  flocks of laying hens. The prebiotic is known as a group of complex sugars found in the cell wall of types of bacteria, yeasts and molds, and some medicinal herbs which are due to useful medical influence. These complex sugars cannot be analyzed and digest by enzymes of gastrointestinal while consuming only by beneficial intestinal bacteria and have an important role in the closure of receptors found on the surface of the walls of pathogenic bacteria and thereby prevent adhesion of  lining epithelial cells of the gut and thus facilitate its exclusion to the outside and prevent its sick effects on the  body of the host whether human or animal. The synbiotic mixture combines equal proportions of both probiotic and prebiotic of collecting positive characteristic of the two products together . These products are used as additives to improve nutrition, public health and productive performance of poultry.The competition among international companies interested in manufacturing the diets and addenda is a prominent feature prepared for these products from macrobiotic sources that are considered in the recent decades of the last century the most reliable source for growth promoters used in commercial breeding flocks of chickens. For the importance of this topic a team of researchers were able to produce  probiotic  that is in competition with the  foreign product in its efficiency and capability to improve a lot of productive qualities of the birds and was called (Iraqi probiotic) after the name of our beloved country and thecstudies continued to improve the qualities of this product as well as the production of the prebiotic  and synbiotic. Therefore, the present study is conducted to produce two products,i.e., prebiotic and synbiotic and adding them to the diets of laying hens and studying their impact on reproductive and productive performance and reduce the negative effects of the poison IFLA B1 in the diets of chicken meat and improving the qualities of the semen of the cockerel of white leghorn.
