ABSTRACT

Prof. Dr. Abbas H. Sulaymon, head of the energy engineering department was awarded a patent from co.s.q. honing that this patent is third patent prof. sulaymon is call how international and national scientific researcher Recycling water from spent cutting fluid to produce new cutting fluid using Iraqi Bentonite and Emulsified chloroxylenol. It was found by recycling the water with efficiency 60% for treatment of the spent cutting fluid which was used in grinding process contained 1.5% Emulsified oil.This method was achieved by using Iraqi bentonite. The adsorption method was able to reduce the emulsified oil in spent cutting fluid to 670 ppm with efficiency 96%. Using the emulsified chloroxylenol will increase the duration time of the cutting oil.
