Abstract
Design and construction of humidity sensor as a function of capacitive, resistive and frequency using (Cobalt-phthalocyanine) (CoPc) as a metal organic semiconductor which can be prepared by chemical reaction with very low cost. The humidity sensor (CoPc) used for food storage and medicine store. Thin films of (CoPc) were deposited by drop casting on glass substrates with pre-deposited Aluminum electrode of (114) nm thickness the gap between electrodes with distance (40 μm) filled with (CoPc) and studied the electrical properties of Al/CoPc/Al humidity sensor device after annealing temperature (428 k) for 2 hours.
