{"id":97,"date":"2011-10-11T08:32:39","date_gmt":"2011-10-11T05:32:39","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2011-10-11T08:32:39","modified_gmt":"2011-10-11T05:32:39","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=97","title":{"rendered":"Discussion of legal council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: times new roman;\"><strong>Discussion of legal council<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: times new roman; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>The legal and managers  of the legal units in the institutions of the University of Baghdad discussed the draft rules of procedure of the Council hoped the legal collection at the university after obtaining the necessary approvals.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The Director of Legal Affairs Department at the head of Baghdad University, Dr. Haider Abdul-Muttalib said the proposed council is composed of the president and deputy who is elected by the members of the majority in the first session held them, with the election scheduled by the members of the Council also majority first session held by the Council that be done at the head of the university or nearby formations.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Members of the Legal Council is the responsibility of the legal sections and units in the formations of the university. The Board functions of law, including policy-making legal standard of academic institutions, the formation of committees of multiple flags , cultural relations of legal studies , legislation , support the legal , follow up on cases , issues of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research , the Integrity Commission and committees investigative, and puts the legal platform of crisis management, legal, and the formation of specialized teams for the preparation of studies , drafts of projects of law to contribute to the development of administrative work , legal in the university and the Ministry. reduction of financial and administrative corruption, and staff development Jurists and discuss issues relating to the legal affairs of all.
