Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hassan and head of the department of chemistry, Dr.&nbsp; Alaa Karim Mohammed and a large number of instructors, a lecture was held entitled (preparation and diagnosis of a new Schiff base and some metallic complexes derived from Klausel acid&nbsp; and Ortho &#8211; phenylene Dai Amin) that was deivered by Dr. Jassim Shihab Jassim Sultan at the hall of the late Fahad Ali Hussein. The lecture dealt with how to prepare Klausel acid&nbsp; and Ortho &#8211; phenylene Dai Amin and diagnosing them by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and analysis of carbon elements.
