The memorandum was signed on behalf of the College of Nursing by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Wissam Jabbar Qasim, and on behalf of the Technical College of Health and Medicine by its Dean, Dr. Bezaf Naji Rasheed, in the presence of the Assistant Deans, heads of academic departments, and a number of faculty members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The memorandum outlines a long-term strategic partnership that goes beyond traditional coordination to establish an integrated working framework. This framework is based on carrying out joint research and applied projects that address pressing health priorities, and on exchanging teaching expertise and specialized staff.
