{"id":56833,"date":"2026-04-22T10:53:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T07:53:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=56833"},"modified":"2026-04-22T10:56:34","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T07:56:34","slug":"university-of-baghdad-excels-in-iraqi-universities-championship-achieving-leading-positions-in-sports-and-artistic-activities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=56833","title":{"rendered":"Faculty Member from College of Education for Women Participates in Second Scientific Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Education"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Riam Mohammed Dawood, Lecturer in the Department of Kindergarten at the College of Education for Women, University of Baghdad, took part in the Second Scientific Conference on Educational Humanities, entitled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cArtificial Intelligence in Education: Present Challenges and Future Prospects.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The conference was hosted by the College of Education at Al-Mustansiriya University, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and specialists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Dawood presented her research paper titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDigital Competencies among Kindergarten Teachers,\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which addressed the importance of developing digital skills for kindergarten teachers in line with the requirements of the digital age, thereby contributing to the enhancement of educational quality at this critical stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her study recommended the design of specialized training programs aimed at improving teachers\u2019 digital competencies, as well as the development of guidance programs and psycho-educational workshops to help teachers cultivate and strengthen their digital skills.
