This statement was made during a meeting of the University of Baghdad Council, attended by all council members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Al-Askari highlighted the university\u2019s prominent role in graduating generations of scholars and intellectuals who have contributed to serving society and building the state. He reiterated the ministry\u2019s commitment to supporting efforts aimed at enhancing academic and research performance, thereby strengthening the university\u2019s presence in global rankings and elevating the quality of its scientific output.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this context, the Minister directed the appointment of Dr. Raghad Al-Hashimi, Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs, to manage the affairs of the University of Baghdad during the current phase, citing his academic and administrative expertise.
