The session addressed a number of issues related to academic and administrative operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>During the meeting, the University President underscored the importance of faculty members posting their class schedules and official assignments on their office doors and providing copies to college deanships and department heads. This measure aims to reinforce academic discipline and administrative organization within educational institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Council also instructed the Department of Reconstruction and Projects, along with all university units, to adopt modern, model designs for classrooms that allow flexible use for various purposes. This initiative seeks to optimize the utilization of educational infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Additionally, the Council discussed mechanisms to maximize the use of research resources and laboratories across university departments. The Office of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs presented a proposal to organize a central graduation ceremony for postgraduate students.
