It explores a range of contemporary concepts such as strategic planning, strategic thinking, foresight, and forecasting, while also offering modern analyses of major issues in international relations including global crises, warfare, and deterrence strategies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The book is distinguished by its expansion beyond narrow military theory toward broader approaches in state governance and decision-making. It provides strategic leaders, policymakers, and researchers with advanced knowledge tools to address contemporary challenges through systematic and anticipatory analysis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, the book contributes to expanding the knowledge base for undergraduate and graduate students in political science by offering content that balances theoretical depth with practical relevance, enhancing students\u2019 analytical skills and capacity for future-oriented thinking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This scientific achievement underscores the role of faculty members at the College of Political Science in enriching the Arab academic library and reinforces the university\u2019s position as a beacon of intellectual advancement.
