It emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of awareness, proper guidance, and reinforcing ethical and religious values among youth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presenter reviewed successful experiences in this field within educational institutions, stressing the importance of empowering faculty and students to design purposeful programs that contribute to creating a university environment free from negative behaviors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The seminar concluded with a set of recommendations calling for the intensification of awareness programs and the activation of cooperation between colleges and relevant authorities to confront this serious phenomenon.
