The event was part of the college\u2019s <em>Staff Development<\/em> lecture series, aimed at enhancing the teaching staff\u2019s skills in modern medical education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lecture explored the latest concepts and methodologies in test item analysis using psychometric measurement tools, including indicators of validity and reliability, discrimination and difficulty analysis, and the evaluation of distractors in multiple-choice questions.
