It also explored the psychological and social factors that may lead some students to engage in such negative behavior on campus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presenter reviewed the psychological and academic consequences of bullying, which include diminished self-esteem, declining academic performance, social isolation, and the potential emergence of mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop emphasized that preventing bullying requires institutional cooperation among students, faculty, and university administration to foster a safe and healthy campus environment.
