{"id":55368,"date":"2025-08-03T11:19:32","date_gmt":"2025-08-03T08:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=55368"},"modified":"2025-08-03T11:19:32","modified_gmt":"2025-08-03T08:19:32","slug":"university-of-baghdad-explores-avenues-of-cooperation-with-ministry-of-environment-to-support-energy-and-reduce-emissions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=55368","title":{"rendered":"University of Baghdad Explores Avenues of Cooperation with Ministry of Environment to Support Energy and Reduce Emissions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of efforts to strengthen institutional partnerships between universities and state institutions, a delegation from the University of Baghdad visited the Ministry of Environment to explore areas of joint cooperation on environmental and developmental issues, and to discuss mechanisms for implementing the provisions of the National Initiative to Support Energy and Reduce Emissions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The delegation was headed by Prof.Dr. Raghad Abdulrazzaq Al-Hashemi, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, accompanied by Prof. Omar Faez, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance, and Dr. Rana Mawlood, a member of the university\u2019s team for the National Initiative to Support Energy and Reduce Emissions. They were received by Dr. Jassim Al-Falahi, the Technical Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting, both sides discussed scientific and technical cooperation mechanisms for implementing the strategic steps of the initiative within the university environment.
