Dr. Tahir praised the pivotal role played by Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the visionary behind this initiative. He stressed that the minister’s dedication and persistence in restoring the prestige of Iraqi academic institutions has provided universities with a new outlook for regional and international engagement.<\/p>\n
In conclusion, Dr. Tahir remarked: “At the College of Media, we believe that attracting international students not only enriches the educational environment but also solidifies Iraq\u2019s position as a cross-border intellectual and cultural hub. It portrays a bright image of its people and academic institutions, while also expanding the humanitarian and academic dimensions of our educational and media mission.”<\/p>\n
