The delegation was led by Dr. Abbas Fadel, Director General of Reconstruction and Projects at the ministry, and was received by Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, President of the University of Baghdad, and Professor Dr. Hatem Khalifa, Director of Reconstruction and Projects at the university.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the visit, the delegation received a detailed briefing from supervising engineers on the completion rates of both civil and technological works. The engineers confirmed that the project is proceeding according to the approved timelines.
