{"id":54312,"date":"2025-05-05T10:17:29","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T07:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=54312"},"modified":"2025-05-05T10:17:29","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T07:17:29","slug":"baghdad-university-secures-top-positions-in-central-scout-camp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=54312","title":{"rendered":"Baghdad University Secures Top Positions in Central Scout Camp"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Scouts and Guides of Baghdad University participated in the Central Scout Camp, held in Mosul Province from April 16 to April 24, 2025, with the involvement of more than 40 universities from both public and private institutions across Iraq.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This activity aligns with the annual ministerial agenda and is part of the Prime Minister\u2019s initiative, \u201cNo to Extremism, Yes to Peaceful Coexistence,\u201d which aims to foster a spirit of citizenship and collaboration among Iraqi university students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Baghdad University distinguished itself in this national event, securing first place at the guides\u2019 level (female students) and second place at the scouts\u2019 level (male students), reflecting the high level of commitment and proficiency demonstrated by its students and supervisors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a special statement, Dr. Ali Sadiq, Director of the Student Activities Department, emphasized that Baghdad University\u2019s achievements extended beyond scouting, encompassing sports, arts, and cultural fields.
