This visit aimed to strengthen the relationship and collaboration between universities and legislative institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the visit was to enrich students&#8217; practical knowledge, contributing to the preparation of a new generation of specialists in political and administrative affairs in Iraq.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The visit included guided tours within the Parliament\u2019s permanent and specialized committees to learn about the mechanisms of legislative and oversight work. Professors and students met with several Members of Parliament and officials from the General Secretariat of the Council. A detailed explanation was provided regarding the Parliament\u2019s role in legislation, oversight, and empowering youth in the political process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the visit, the delegation arrived at several recommendations, most notably the launch of regular training programs within the Parliament for students of political science. These programs aim to enhance their skills in legislation, oversight, and policymaking.
