The session also included interactive discussions on best practices in performance evaluation and the challenges teams may encounter during implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the workshop, Prof.Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance at the University of Baghdad, emphasized the importance of objective and accurate evaluation in fostering an effective academic environment. Meanwhile, Prof.Dr. Siham Kazem Nimer, Head of the University Performance Evaluation Division, highlighted the pivotal role of quality assurance in achieving institutional excellence and enhancing the efficiency of educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The activity concluded with an open discussion session, where participants\u2019 inquiries were addressed.
