{"id":52097,"date":"2025-02-16T13:44:51","date_gmt":"2025-02-16T10:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=52097"},"modified":"2025-02-16T13:44:51","modified_gmt":"2025-02-16T10:44:51","slug":"internal-audit-and-oversight-department-in-coordination-with-government-contracts-division-organizes-workshop-on-electronic-procurement-request-platform-mechanism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=52097","title":{"rendered":"Internal Audit and Oversight Department, in Coordination with Government Contracts Division, Organizes Workshop on Electronic Procurement Request Platform Mechanism"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of its efforts to promote transparency and enhance administrative and financial systems through modern technology, the Internal Audit and Oversight Department, in coordination with the Government Contracts Division at the University of Baghdad Presidency, organized a specialized workshop on the mechanism of the Electronic Procurement Request Platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof.Dr. Ameer Faisal Abdul Amieer, the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, Prof.Dr. Najlaa Sada Hassoun, the Director of the Internal Audit and Oversight Department, Prof.Dr. Haifa Youssef Suleiman, the Head of the Government Contracts Division, Dr. Sabah Sami Dawood, as well as platform officials, financial, auditing, and government contracts managers, and associate members from various administrative and financial departments within the university.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop included a detailed presentation on how to use the platform to streamline procurement committee procedures electronically through the unified electronic platform for announcements and tenders.
