The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the English Language Department at the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad, organized a training workshop entitled “Developing Computer Skills for Primary Studies Students”, in which the assistant teacher Wissam Mosaddeq Abdul Karim lectured, in the presence of a number of students.<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to explain the first axis, which is the method of using Word program in writing research, and the second axis is the method of using the Internet, especially French sites in learning languages, as well as spreading cultural awareness of the use of computer programs in learning languages and presenting the most important sites that help the student develop his abilities.<\/p>\n
The workshop came out with recommendations, including a statement of the importance of websites in developing methods of learning languages, and the students’ energy was positive by receiving the use of technology in learning and acquiring new skills.<\/p>\n
