The goal is to create scientific collaborations with leading Japanese universities and to benefit from their expertise in the soon-to-be-launched College of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Baghdad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He added that the visit focused on topics aimed at strengthening academic cooperation between the two sides through the establishment of a &#8220;JICA Chair&#8221; in line with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the University of Baghdad and JICA in 2023.
