Baghdad University in a Global Electronic Project<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

In order to spread the culture of e-working and scientific solid base applicable to education and to achieve the feasibility of an objective in the fields of creativity and individual skills for both university student and professor and to achieve knowledgeable gains for researchers and scientists at Baghdad University, the chairman of Baghdad University professor, Dr. Musa Jawad al-Moussawi has called the initiative of a new scientific system technology (Digital) to reflect the mechanism of thought in the space of electronics in order to activate the contemporary culture of the researchers and students at Baghdad University to formally announce a revolution against ignorance and illiteracy .This scientific initiative came after studies and in-depth consultations conducted by the presidency of Baghdad University, to fulfill a new academic skip in the field of communication and electronic usage that suffer from large failures because of isolation in which higher education in Iraq was due to war and the siege and occupation ,chairman of Baghdad University formed a scientific place on awareness and electronic culture through the new electronic system seeking to develop humanitarian awareness and development towards the best use of computer and communication (Digital).<\/p>\n

Chairman of Baghdad University has ordered to establish a new electronic unit in the Headquarter of Baghdad University working on distributing the academic efforts and continually within a competition that the united system of the new digital module which will work simultaneously on reviewing what has been fulfilled on both scientific and administrative levels and monitoring it .<\/p>\n

The Chairman of Baghdad University has designed and planed for further measures and steps to achieve a new style in handling and publishing and competing to achieve the highest levels at both the scientific and administrative at the university and simultaneously for the generalization of the phenomenon of mandatory use of electronic technology that looks backward in Iraqi society due to the former suffering In the light of directives of the chairman of Baghdad University in an expanded meeting of the executive scientific place of the electronic Module which will start from Baghdad University and then will be generalized in all Iraqi universities because Baghdad University is the biggest and the most scientific experiences to be typical for all other universities .Chairman of Baghdad university had been holding this meeting in the Centre of Computer that belongs to Baghdad University and the manager of the centre Dr.Ghasan Hameed Majeed and secretary of the university Council Dr.Basim Al-Abdli and a group of experts and engineers in the field of electronic engineering and graphics and administrative organization besides supervisors in both Arabic and English attended the meeting.<\/p>\n

Chairman of the University orders that all the universities should update their data and periodically and the dealing is to be with many essential data of these institutions through distributing in this module which will be available for all by browsing daily to find out the development or the accomplishment. This module will accomplish through its use a new direction and motivation to compete among colleges and institutes or other establishments. <\/p>\n

Chairman of the University directs the manager of the studies and planning department to put an administrative form for website unit which will be in the headquarter of Baghdad university in Al-Jadirriya to be connected by all colleges and institutions through delegates who will be administratively connected between their offices in the colleges and institutions and the website office to have a cooperative responsibility in following the scientific and administrative data which will appear publicly in the website of the University which will be a huge electronic gate that contain the colleges,institutions,and the research centers and directorates and all other service offices in the university and will be in both Arabic and English to let all get benefit from this module.<\/p>\n

In this matter the Chairman of the university orders to give the professors the full freedom of writing what they like to publish like researches or CVs or their creative achievemnets or their activities to get time and effort and speed of accomplishment .The module will save much effort due to its connection with each other not only in the headquarter of Baghdad university in Al-Jadirriya but also in the other university blocks like that in Abo-Ghraib or Bab-Al-Mu’dham or Al-Wazairriya to be a service communication for all that save time ,effort, achievement and speed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
