In a new study, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad has reached interesting results on the relationship between psychological flow, mental immunity, and the performance of mental health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, as this study is considered a scientific achievement in which the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Nima Dahsh Farhan, and a group of researchers participated.<\/p>\n
This study’s importance lies in supporting workers’ health, improving the quality of care, and opening new horizons for research. It was published in the prestigious journal \u201cPlos One\u201d and is listed in the Scopus database, which confirms its scientific importance. The study revealed that psychological flow, a state of complete immersion in activity and high concentration, plays a crucial role in maintaining the mental health of workers and improving their performance, especially under the difficult circumstances imposed by the pandemic.<\/p>\n
