The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Arts, University of Baghdad, organized a training course titled \u201cUsing the APA System for Referencing and Citation.\u201d The course was delivered by Assist.Lecturer Samar Abbas Abdul Kareem and was attended by a group of faculty members and staff.<\/p>\n

The course aimed to demonstrate the precise methodology of academic writing following the APA style, commonly used in reputable international academic journals. The system helps researchers avoid errors when quoting or paraphrasing information in a way that might otherwise alter the meaning. It ensures that readers can refer back to the original source to accurately understand the information cited by the researcher.<\/p>\n

The course concluded with several key findings, the most significant of which highlighted the APA style as a cornerstone for effective scientific communication.
