The workshop focused on addressing prevalent issues such as procrastination, inability to sustain efforts towards goals, and diagnosing the underlying causes. It also emphasized the importance of breaking bad habits, organizing daily routines, and paying attention to diet and exercise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop highlighted various strategies for overcoming these challenges and included a discussion with attendees to hear their perspectives and experiences on the topics
