The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad, within the mechanism of the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad and the International Research Institute of Science and Food Industries in Mashhad \/ Iran, organized an international scientific communication with the Iranian researcher, Prof. Dr. Marzieh Hosseinejad from the Research Institute of Science and Food Industries in Iran, who holds a doctorate from the University of Melbourne (Australia) specializing in biofood technology, where she gave a scientific lecture entitled: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP), which falls within the subject of meat health for doctoral students in the departments of animal production and food science by Prof. Dr. Amira Mohamed Saleh<\/p>\n
