He underscored the need to consider global competitiveness in university rankings, international publications, and the evaluation of accredited educational systems in Iraqi universities, aligning them with developmental imperatives related to the job market and the challenges faced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, the Minister stressed the promotion of cultural awareness and the empowerment of universities and their personnel to fulfill their societal responsibilities. Concurrently, he highlighted the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research&#8217;s efforts to collaborate with specialized sectoral institutions to provide support for educators and staff concerning suitable housing.
